In 2003 I licensed my printer to use Winter at Gibbon Falls in their companies literature.  Shortly after, they encouraged me to attempt the same painting with a summer theme and expressed their interest to use it.

The idea of painting an identical image in different seasons wasn't new to me but I'd not attempted it yet.  The challenge intrigued me, so I produced Summer at Gibbon Falls.
